Booking and payment
Do I pay now?
Yes, a little. To hold your dates we take a $1 deposit online by card, securely through OPay. The balance is paid on arrival.
Do I need a credit card?
Only for the deposit. It is paid on OPay's secure checkout page. The rest of your stay is paid on arrival.
Can I get my deposit back?
Deposits are refunded according to our cancellation policy (PLACEHOLDER: confirm).
Which apartment will I get?
You choose the apartment type; your host assigns your unit. You will know before you arrive.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. The total you see when booking already includes the fees shown in the breakdown.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. The minimum depends on the apartment and dates, and the calendar shows it when you choose your dates.
Can you host large groups?
Yes. We rent the whole property to large groups, for up to 28 guests. Message us on WhatsApp to book for your group.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is available on request, for groups and individuals. Separate charges apply, and we can discuss options once your booking is confirmed. Message us on WhatsApp to ask.
Arrival and departure
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
How does check-in work?
Your host greets you on arrival. A lockbox covers late arrivals, so message us on WhatsApp before you travel.
Which airport should I fly into?
Most international flights land at Hewanorra International (UVF) in Vieux Fort, about 1h30 by car. Regional flights use George F. L. Charles (SLU) in Castries, about 20 minutes away.
Can I arrive late?
Message us on WhatsApp before you travel and we will arrange it.
Do you offer airport transfers, tours or car rental?
Yes. Taxis, tours and car rental are arranged by your hosts, so just ask us on WhatsApp. Our complimentary shuttle covers the Rodney Bay area.
Cancellation
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage booking, enter your reference and email, and choose Cancel booking. Cancellation is available until check-in.
House rules
How many guests can stay?
Up to 6 overnight guests in the largest apartment. Each apartment shows its own maximum when you book.
Are pets allowed?
No pets, please.
Can we have a party?
No parties or events. The property is a quiet, noise-free space for every guest.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed outdoors only. All rooms are non-smoking.
Is the pool shared?
Yes, the saltwater pool is shared only with guests staying on the property. It is open all year. Please keep noise down and be considerate of other guests.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on the property, plus free street parking nearby.
Safety and location
Are there smoke and carbon monoxide alarms?
Our listing shows that smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are not provided. If you need them, please ask us before you book.
Where exactly is the property?
In Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia. We share the exact address once your booking is confirmed.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are included.
