Booking requests
A booking request becomes a confirmed stay when the hosts confirm it by email or WhatsApp. Prices shown are in US dollars and include the fees in the breakdown.
Payment
To hold your dates we take a $1 deposit online by card, securely through OPay. The balance is paid on arrival, unless the hosts agree another method with you in writing.
Deposits are refunded according to our cancellation policy (PLACEHOLDER: confirm).
Cancellation

Your apartment
You choose the apartment type; the hosts assign your unit and may change it to a comparable one if needed, and will tell you before you arrive.
House rules
Guests agree to the house rules: maximum occupancy, no pets, no parties or events, and respect for neighbours. The hosts may end a stay early if the rules are broken.
Reviews
Reviews from verified stays are published after a quick check. We do not publish reviews that are abusive, false or personal.
Liability and governing law
