What we collect
When you request a stay we collect your name, email, phone number, country, dates, guest count and any notes you add. When you leave a review we keep the review text and the name you choose to show.
Why we use it
We use these details to hold your apartment, confirm your stay, answer your questions, send booking emails, and keep a record of your booking. We do not sell your details.
Who sees them
Only the hosts and the people who help run the property. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
How long we keep them
PLACEHOLDER: state the retention period. Until then, booking records are kept for as long as the owner needs them for accounting and tax.

This website does not use advertising cookies. The booking pages store nothing on your device beyond what your browser needs to load them.
